Shipping Information

M’JIA Collection is a luxury modest fashion label proudly based in the UK. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our UK warehouse. We offer both domestic and international delivery, with all shipping rates and estimated delivery times displayed at checkout before purchase.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 working days.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders during UK bank holidays or public holidays. During high-demand periods, including new launches and promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

UK Delivery

All UK parcels are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Express Shipping - tracked & signed

  • Royal Mail: Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch

Standard Free Shipping - tracked & signed

  • Royal Mail: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Please note that delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date and may occasionally vary due to courier delays.

International Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide from the UK using trusted couriers including DPD, Evri, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • DPD: Estimated delivery within 3-14 working days after dispatch
  • Evri: Estimated delivery within 3-23 working days after dispatch
  • FedEx: Estimated delivery within 2-7 working days after dispatch

International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
