M’JIA Collection is a luxury modest fashion label proudly based in the UK. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our UK warehouse. We offer both domestic and international delivery, with all shipping rates and estimated delivery times displayed at checkout before purchase.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 working days.
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders during UK bank holidays or public holidays. During high-demand periods, including new launches and promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.
UK Delivery
All UK parcels are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Every piece is meticulously inspected and quality-checked prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
As such, all orders are final and we DO NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges. We kindly ask you review your size carefully before purchasing.
Gift boxes are non-refundable
CARE
Wash on a delicate cold cycle with similar shades only. Avoid tumble drying, bleaching, and dry cleaning. Re-shape the garment while damp and iron on the reverse side using a low heat setting.
Please note that dye may transfer onto lighter fabrics, accessories, or upholstery when the garment is wet. After steaming or ironing with heat, allow the fabric to fully cool before wearing to help minimise colour transfer.
